RETURNS AND DAMAGE POLICY
What is your returns and damage policy?
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, it can be returned to us, with proof of purchase within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided the product has not been used or part-consumed. You will be responsible for the return postage and packing.
If the product is damaged take a picture of the broken item and email it to us. If possible it will be replaced; if however, it is a ‘one-off’ item you will be given a full refund. Do not return the item.
How do I return a product to you?
Please send the item to: The Bee Garden, Stydd Gardens, Stoneygate Lane, Ribchester, PR3 3YN. We suggest you send it by Royal Mail to be signed for.
How do I cancel my order?
You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. You can also cancel your order at any time prior to the order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed within two days of being received. Please email with your name, address and order reference number.
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please email with your name, address and order reference number.
