PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to website orders.
All orders accepted by The Bee Garden are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products; specifications may vary.
Payment is required at the time of ordering, via our on-line facility.
Due to increased costs, we have had to increase the postage and packing to a flat rate of £3.75 for all items, no matter how many you buy. Items will be sent by tracked second class mail.
We try to be aware of how much packaging is used. In order to reduce the amount of packaging that is only used once and then thrown away, we will, whenever appropriate and possible, re-use packaging. Therefore, please don't be surprised if your order arrives in 'second-hand' packaging.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days (excluding weekends). However, please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery.
NON-DELIVERY OR SHORTAGES
If you have not received your order within 21 days please contact us at email@example.com
Any claims for shortages must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of delivery.
We hope you will be delighted with your order. If however, you need to return it, we will happily process a return if it is within 30 days of you receiving it.
Please mail your product to: The Bee Garden, 40 Green Bank Park, Higher Road, Longridge, PR3 2XY including your contact details and email address.
Once your return is received, we will email you to let you know we have received it and are happy with its state.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:
Any goods found to have been used or with obvious signs of use;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
We will also add £3.90 to the amount we refund you to cover or contribute to your return postage.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank card company: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
