POSTAGE, PACKING AND DELIVERY

POSTAGE
Due to increased costs, we have had to increase the postage and packing to a flat rate of £3.75 for all items, no matter how many you buy. Items will be sent by tracked second class mail.
PACKING
We try to be aware of how much packaging is used. In order to reduce the amount of packaging that is only used once and then thrown away, we will, whenever appropriate and possible, re-use packaging. Therefore, please don't be surprised if your order arrives in 'second-hand' packaging.

DELIVERY
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days (excluding weekends). However, please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery.
NON-DELIVERY OR SHORTAGES
If you have not received your order within 21 days please contact us at info@thebeegarden.co.uk
Any claims for shortages must be made by email to info@thebeegarden.co.uk within three days of delivery.
