Maureen is giving one more talk this year at Holden Clough Nurseries
It is Culinary Herbs on Sunday, 14th June, 2.00pm to 3.30pm
Remember the song Scarborough Fair, with its mention of parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme? In this illustrated talk we’ll be discovering how to grow and use these, and a garden-ful of other herbs – from basil to winter savory – that we know are safe to use in cooking.
There will be recipe tastings, too!
