CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the Cancellation Policy before you book and pay for tickets.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you may offer your ticket(s) to someone else at your own cost. Alternatively, you can contact us via email (info@thebeegarden.co.uk) and ask us to try to re-sell the ticket(s) on your behalf. If we are able to do this, you may transfer your ticket(s) to a future event or you can ask for a full refund. If you are unable to offer your ticket(s) to someone else or we are unable to sell your ticket(s) on your behalf, you will not be able to transfer your ticket(s) to a future event, neither can we offer you a full or partial refund.
- If you cancel 7 days or fewer before the event, you may still offer your ticket(s) to someone else at your own cost. If you are unable to do this, we cannot offer to re-sell your ticket(s) on your behalf, in which case you will not be able to transfer your ticket(s) to a future event, neither can we offer you a full or partial refund. This is because preparations will have already begun and costs incurred.
